Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips bacon, cut into pieces
    1/4 c. green pepper
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Add peppers and onion, cook until brown.
    Add tomato sauce, water, sugar, salt and peppers; simmer 5 minutes.
    Add rice, mix well. Pour into well-greased casserole. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until top bubbles.
