Health Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. all-bran
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Boil water and raisins together for 5 minutes; cool.
    Mix together all other ingredients; pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
