Ingredients
    64 oz. apple juice
    2 c. grape juice
    1 c. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix and drink 2 ounces daily with supper or before bedtime. Helps you to sleep sound and relieves sore joints and pain.
    Also helps digestive system; some call this a cure-all.
    You may want to consume this twice a day at the beginning.
