Beef Nacho Casserole(35 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
    1 c. frozen sweet corn, thawed and drained
    3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing or sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chili powder or crushed chiles
    2 c. crushed tortilla chips, divided
    1 c. shredded Colby cheese, divided
    1 c. shredded Jack cheese, divided
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn, dressing and chili powder. Put 1/2 of meat mixture in 2-quart casserole. Put 1 cup crushed chips on top of meat in dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of each cheese on top of chips, then add rest of meat, rest of chips and rest of each cheese to make layers. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with lettuce and tomato if desired. Serves 6.
