Easy Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    10 to 12 mushrooms, fresh, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small bag Tater Tots
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add onions and mushrooms.
    Saute until tender.
    Add
    salt\tand
    pepper
    to taste.\tAdd cream of mushroom soup.
    Mix well.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Top with Tater Tots. Cook for 25
    minutes
    at 350\u00b0.
    Add grated cheese to top of casserole.\tCook until cheese is melted.
