Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. chicken wings (preferably drumettes)
    1 (10 oz.) bottle soy sauce (low sodium)
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Marinate wings in mixture for at least 2 hours in refrigerator, turning once.
    Wings can marinate overnight.
    Place wings on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, turning and basting with reserved marinade.
    Crisp under broiler or put on grill to brown.
