Easy Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large lemon, cut into 10 to 12 pieces
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    1 (9-inch) frozen pie shell
Preparation
    Put everything in a food processor or blender.
    Blend well. Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 360\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Refrigerate.
    Best served cold.
