Welsh Rarebit With Tomatoes And Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 slices bacon
1 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) loaf process cheese spread
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
dash of ground red pepper
1/3 c. milk
6 bread slices, halved and toasted
2 tomatoes, sliced

Preparation

Place bacon on microwavable rack in an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish; cover with paper towels. Microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes. Drain on paper towels; crumble and set aside.
