Ham-Aghetti Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 strips bacon
    2 c. cooked ham, cut into strips
    1 can tomatoes (1 lb. 14 oz.)
    1 c. spaghetti, broken into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (I use more)
Preparation
    With scissors, snip bacon into 1-inch pieces in a 2-quart casserole.
    Microwave at High 4 to 5 minutes; remove half the fat. Add ham, tomatoes, spaghetti, onion, green peppers, salt and pepper.
    Microwave at High 18 to 20 minutes, until spaghetti is tender, stirring after 8 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes, uncovered, until cheese is melted.
    Makes 6 servings.
