Chinese Riblets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. catsup
1 clove garlic, crushed in a garlic press
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. water
2 lb. small pork spareribs or lean breast of lamb, cut in small sections of 2 or 3 ribs each
