Margo'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large plum tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
    1 tsp. fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp. dry
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. jalapenos, chopped
    2 tsp. lime juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix for 30 seconds or longer, depending on the consistency desired (longer for thin salsa, less for thick salsa). Refrigerate salsa for at least an hour before serving.
