Stir And Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1 lb. green pepper, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Toss vegetables lightly.
    Add oil to skillet.
    Add vegetables and cook in covered skillet for 10 minutes, stirring twice.
