Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy; add sugar and oil.
    Mix; stir in zucchini.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Stir in until moistened.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Stir gently.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans.
