Gladys Starr'S Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 scant c. corn meal
    3 c. sweet milk
    3 eggs
    1 level tsp. salt
    3 level tsp. baking powder
    butter (size of a walnut)
Preparation
    Stir corn meal into 2 cups of milk and let mixture come to a boil, making a mush.
    Add balance of milk and add well-beaten eggs.
    Stir in salt, baking powder and melted butter.
    Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Makes about 6 servings.
