Old-Fashioned Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8-inch) unbaked pie crust
1 c. brown sugar
3 scant Tbsp. flour
1 can evaporated milk
1 egg
Preparation

Mix very slow by hand.
Brown sugar, flour, milk and egg until blended.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until middle is set.
