Vegetable Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 count each) tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
    3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 envelope Ranch Style dressing
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. diced tomatoes
    3/4 c. chopped broccoli
    3/4 c. chopped green onion
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    3/4 c. chopped cauliflower
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cover bottom of an 11 x 17-inch baking pan (jelly roll pan) with the sheets of crescent rolls, patting and stretching to fit pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes or lightly browned.
