Speonk Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 carrots, peeled and sliced
    6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    2 medium onions, peeled and sliced
    1 or 1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tomato sauce can water
Preparation
    Put carrots, potatoes and onions in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Top with sausage.
    Mix sauce and water together.
    Pour over casserole.
    Bake one hour or until vegetables are tender.
