Kraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans (16 oz.) kraut
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
2 c. water
black pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix ingredients together and cook on low heat for 1 1/2 hours or you can cook on higher heat for a shorter amount of time. Saute chopped onion in butter until soft; mix with the kraut and serve.
