Mexican Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. corn meal
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    chiles
    grated cheese (your choice)
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together and pour 1/2 the batter into a greased casserole.
    Cover entire surface with chiles.
    Sprinkle on a generous amount of grated cheese.
    Pour rest of batter on top of chili-cheese mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
