Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. pecans
    2 bananas
    1/2 c. red onion
    1 large Delicious apple
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (up to 3/4 c.)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    little sweet pickle juice
Preparation
    In a large bowl, chop broccoli, pecans, onion and apple. Grate the cheeses and add.
    Quarter and slice bananas; add.
    In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar and pickle juice.
    Stir over other ingredients.
    Chill and serve.
