Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. sugar
    3 bananas, crushed
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 tsp. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Stir together dry ingredients.
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs and bananas; blend well.
    Add buttermilk and flour alternately, blend well.
    Add nuts.
    Bake one hour in 350 \u00b0oven in medium loaf pan (oiled).
    Wrap tightly in foil to store.
    Best if stored in refrigerator.
