Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. crushed pretzels
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
12 oz. strawberries
Preparation

Combine pretzels, melted butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Press in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, egg and 1/2 cup sugar.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread over pretzels.
Mix Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water.
Add 1 cup cold water.
Refrigerate.
Add berries when Jell-O thickens.
Spread over cream cheese.
