Sweet Potato Pie With Pecan Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick oleo
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
milk
pie shell

Preparation

Cook potatoes until soft. Drain and mash.
Add sugar, oleo, eggs, vanilla and enough milk to make creamy.
Bake in pie shell until almost firm.
