Grits Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. grits
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    3/4 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil.
    Add salt and grits.
    Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
    Take off burner.
    Add Velveeta cheese in cubes.
    Stir until melted.
    Add margarine.
    Stir until melted; cool.
    Beat eggs and add when cool.
    Stir in Tabasco sauce.
    Pour in buttered baking dish.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325\u00b0.
