Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    Frosting (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Cream butter and blend in sugar.
    Add eggs, lemon peel and vanilla.
    Beat together until well blended. Stir flour, salt and soda.
    Add alternately with lemon juice. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Frost while still warm.
    Makes about 2 dozen.
