Ingredients

6 eggs, divided
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Whip egg whites until stiff.
Beat egg yolks separately, until very pale yellow.
Add yolks, salt and vanilla to cooled melted chocolate.
Fold egg whites into mixture.
Pour into souffle dish. Cover and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
