Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tomatoes, chopped fine
    2 medium cucumbers
    1 green pepper
    2 small onions
    2 small carrots, grated
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Grind cucumbers, pepper and onions.
    Add tomatoes and carrots and drain.
    In a double boiler pan over warm water dissolve 3 tablespoons of ground mixture.
    Soak gelatin in mixture.
    Add this mixture to the vegetables and fold in mayonnaise.
    Leave in refrigerator overnight.
    Spread on bread when ready to serve.
