Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. oleo, softened
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix sugars and oleo in large bowl until light and fluffy.
Add oil, egg and vanilla; mix well.
Mix flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt in small bowl.
Stir into creamed mixture.
Add oats, cereal, coconut and pecans; mix well.
Drop by round teaspoons onto cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 48 cookies.
