Low-Cholesterol Pound Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, sift 3 times
2/3 c. sugar
3 egg whites
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat vanilla yogurt
Preparation

Coat bottom of loaf pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inches) with vegetable cooking spray.
Dust with flour and set aside.
