Tempura Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 to 3 c. water
Preparation

Measure flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Add beaten eggs and water.
When adding water, start off by adding 2 1/2 cups water.
If the batter is too thick, add more water.
