Zucchini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sized zucchini
    1 medium turnip
    1 bunch green onions
    1 green pepper
    2 stalk celery
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Do not peel zucchini; shred.
    Peel turnip and shred.
    Chop onions, pepper and celery.
    Put vegetables in a bowl.
    Combine sugar, vinegar, oil and salt.
    Mix well and pour over vegetables. Cover and chill for 1 hour or as long as 2 days.
    Serves 6 to 8.
