Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick melted margarine
    1 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Combine eggs and sugar; beat until creamy.
    Pour in buttermilk, vanilla, margarine and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Pour into an uncooked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
