Causa Limena (Lima Potato Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    juice of 4 lemons
    2 tsp. crushed garlic
    2 cans tuna fish
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes and mash them with the oil, lemon juice, salt and crushed garlic.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Place half the mixture in a bowl and add tuna fish, mayonnaise and celery.
    Cover with the rest of the potato mixture.
    Decorate with hard-boiled eggs and lettuce.
