Broccoli Blue Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 oz. Blue cheese
    1 c. milk
    10 buttery crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions.
    Drain and set aside. In a saucepan, blend margarine, flour, salt and cheese.
    Add 1 cup of milk all at once and cook, stirring, until mixture boils.
    Stir in the broccoli.
    Pour into greased 1-quart size ovenproof dish. Top with crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
