Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh carrots
1/2 c. green onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. celery
5 packets Equal
3/4 c. vinegar
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Clean carrots and slice julienne style.
Cook in 2-inches salt water until crisp-tender.
Finely dice remaining vegetables and add to cooked carrots.
