Seafood Fettucini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
4 tsp. flour
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. crab
6 oz. cooked fettucini
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Preparation

Melt butter.
Stir in flour.
Gradually add half and half. Stir until thickened.
Add Parmesan; cook and stir until smooth. Fold in crab.
Heat 3 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Toss fettucini with sauce.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve immediately.
