Chocolate Gobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cocoa
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cocoa.
Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine sugar, shortening and eggs; mix well.
To the shortening mixture, add milk, vanilla and boiling water, mixing thoroughly. Gradually add the flour mixture and beat well.
Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5-7 minutes.
