Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 lb. sausage
    dash of garlic
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Remove stems and save.
    Place mushroom heads on greased cookie sheet. Chop stems and add other ingredients.
    Shape into balls and place in caps. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve hot.
