Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, shredded
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes, cut up
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium size bag taco chips
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. taco sauce
Preparation

Brown ground beef; pour off fat.
Season with oregano, chili powder, salt, pepper and catsup.
Place lettuce, tomatoes and cheese in salad bowl.
Mix mayonnaise and taco sauce together. When ground beef has cooled to room temperature, combine all ingredients with taco chips and toss lightly.
