Hot Seafood Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. flaked crabmeat or lobster
    1/4 tsp./splash of lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. chopped dill
Preparation
    Fold mayonnaise into beaten egg whites.
    Add seafood, lemon juice and dill.
    Spread on toast points or toasted canape breads. Sprinkle with paprika and broil 3 minutes or until puffy and lightly brown.
    This may also be used to stuff large mushrooms and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
