English Muffin Bread(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    cornmeal
Preparation
    Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and baking soda. Heat the liquids on High for 1 1/2 minutes with one quarter turn every 30 seconds.
    Add to dry mixture and stir thoroughly.
    Add the rest of the flour and stir.
    Spoon into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch bread pan (greased and sprinkled with cornmeal).
    Cover with Saran Wrap and rise for 45 minutes.
