Ingredients

1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 baked 8-inch pie shell
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat well.
Add 1 egg and beat 5 minutes.
Add second egg and beat additional 5 minutes.
Make sure and beat a total of 10 minutes. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate.
Serve with whipped cream. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
