Creamy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sq. chocolate or 3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. Karo
    1/2 stick oleo
    2 tsp. vanilla
    pecans
Preparation
    Put sugar, chocolate, milk and Karo in a large boiler and bring to a rolling boil (one that you can't stir down). Cook for 2 minutes after it begins to boil. Do not stir after sugar dissolves. Remove from stove after it cooks 2 minutes. Add the butter and let cool for 5 minutes. Add vanilla; beat until it loses gloss. Add nuts and pour quickly into buttered pan or plate. Cut when firm.
