Fried Rice With Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. diced meat (can use any kind of leftover meat or 1 can Spam)
    1/2 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. diced celery
    3 green onions (including tops), chopped fine
    4 c. cooked rice
    2 scrambled eggs
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok.
    Saute carrots and celery.
    Add meat and rice.
    Stir well until each grain of rice separates and is heated through.
    Add scrambled eggs and soy sauce.
    Turn off heat and add green onions and salt and pepper to taste.
    (You can also use any kind of vegetables.)
    Serves 6.
