Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 large onion, chopped
4 eggs, well beaten
1 (8 oz.) Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. melted butter or oleo
1 tsp. thyme
1 clove garlic, crushed
pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Roll in balls size of buckeye. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
Serve hot.
