Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. steak (round)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium green pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Batter steak before frying.
    Oil frying pan and cook steak until brown.
    Drain tomatoes, mash up and mix with remaining ingredients.
    Add to steak.
