Melinda'S Green Beans And Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bacon
1/2 c. vinegar
3 c. shredded cabbage
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can green beans
Preparation

Cut bacon in 1-inch pieces and fry until crisp.
Remove bacon. Add vinegar, sugar, onion, cabbage, salt and pepper.
Cover. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in drained beans.
Cook 5 more minutes.
Pour into serving dish and top with crisp bacon pieces.
