Jugs Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. venison roast
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mushroom pieces and stems
Preparation
    Cut away all fat and membrane.
    Place roast in slow cooker with 2 cups water; add remaining ingredients.
    Cook until meat falls apart.
    Makes great sandwiches served with marinated coleslaw on sesame buns.
    If desired as a main dish, shorten cooking time and add one envelope brown gravy mix.
    Slice and serve gravy over rice or mashed potatoes.
