Peach, Strawberry Or Blackberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. fresh or frozen fruit
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Combine flour, 1 cup sugar and milk.
    Spoon evenly over margarine.
    Do not stir. Combine fruit with remaining cup of sugar (may need more sugar if fruit is tart).
    Bring to a boil.
    Ladle over butter.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until brown.
