Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

frozen bread loaves
approximately 1/4 lb. pepperoni
4 to 5 oz. Mozzarella cheese
sesame seed
hot pepper seed
Preparation

Frozen bread loaves, let thaw and rise at least 8\u00b0.
Roll out like a round pizza (very thin).
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and chipped pepperoni slices.
If you like hot also include hot pepper seed or fresh hot peppers.
My favorites!
Roll very tight; long ways and place on greased cookie sheet diagonally.
Cut slits on top and rub top with egg to glaze and sprinkle sesame seed on top.
Follow baking directions on bread package.
After cool, slice.
